The custom fortune cookies were perfect! So perfect that after having great success in one store we handed cookies out to customers in 35 other locations across the country. Service was Great. I placed an online order and then received a personal call telling me when they would be shipped. Working with the people at Fancy Fortune Cookies made running a successful promotion a breeze. Hoping to boost spring sales, we did a small promotion in our retail stores on the east coast with fortune cookies. Customers were handed an orange or brown fortune cookie as they walked into the store. When they opened the cookies their fortunes told them what discount they would receive on purchases that day. Anywhere between 10-40% off their total purchase. The 40 stores that tested this had such amazing boosts in first quarter sales that we ran the promotion again in the third quarter. This time in 52 stores. Fancy Fortune Cookies had great service and turned around our orders FAST. They even accommodated our need for a scannable barcode on the backside of the fortunes to make things easy at point of purchase. When we ran out of cookies and needed more, they baked and shipped them right away. We couldn’t have been happier with the cookies and especially with the boost in sales.
